Arthur Short is an author and illustrator, who looks just like Jenson Ackles (okay, not really, but nobody tell him). He enjoys writing, “nailed-it” pins, Germanic folklore, television shows chronicling unexplained phenomena, and dogs. Rapunculus was his first published novel. He has also illustrated books for other authors, including Black Like Me by Omar Warfa, the Tikka Tales series by Dr. Rajan Gupta, The Skin I’m In and My Hair is My Crown Ingrid Marie Kelly, and the Koala Express by Peter Brooke. Genevieve Short edited the first Rapunculus novel, and co-wrote to the subsequent sequels (and is definitely not an illustrator). She lives in a warm and fuzzy kingdom, has a love of axle grease, the three musketeers, tea parties, Led Zepplin, and Disney princesses (although she objects to the over-commercialism and stigmas that tarnish the brand).
